Partner Spotlight: thegameHERs
The gameHERs is a women-led community dedicated to amplifying and centering the voices of women gamers and gamers of marginalized genders, who are comfortable in spaces that center women. Their mission is to advance the role, voice, image, and power of all the*gameHERs in the gaming world.
“We decided to build a community where women who game could come together and interact and feel included, and also have that community exist as a media platform to amplify all of the positives that exist already because there are a lot of women in gaming doing incredible things!” says Rebecca Dixon who is one of the four co-founders of thegameHERs.
The*gameHERs does extremely great work creating welcoming communities and events for women gamers, and posts lots of great content to their blog, Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages.
